I get the following ‘undefined function’ error when I try to use EZ Staff List.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function xml_transform() in D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\newsite\wp-content\plugins\ez-staff-list\framework\core\structure\objects\element.class.php on line 140

Which is a shame because it seems to be exactly what I was looking for.

Please make sure your hosting provider has at least PHP 5.2 (5.3 is preferred). Make sure they have DOM XML / libxml module installed and enabled.

Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Can you make a change so that instead of hard coding the url to the image we can pick the image from the media database in word press? This way I wont need to change the url if we move the site from testing to production? Thanks.

I am having the most difficult time with my staff pictures appearing when placing the URL. I am sure I am missing something very simple, I just can’t seem to get it. Could you possibly help me with what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks!

My apologies Aimee. If you are still using the EZ Staff List plugin, I’d be happy to assist in anyway that I can.

Sorry Pam for the really long delay.

The hyphen is used as a separator between the name and a title. If you are still using the staff plugin, here’s what you need to do.

Edit the file: /wp-content/plugins/ez-staff-list/plugins/staff_management.class.php. Remove what I have highlighted in yellow.

Like an earlier post, I am getting the following message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function xml_transform() in /home/bloismea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ez-staff-list/framework/core/structure/objects/element.class.php on line 140

I’ve checked with our hosting company, who tell me that the php version currently installed on the server is php5.5 and the libxml module is also installed in the server.

    What next?

xml_transform() is a framework function which tells me all the files were not uploaded to your hosting account. The xml_transfrom() function should be located here: /home/bloismea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ez-staff-list/framework/plugins/xml_transform.inc.php Do you have this file?

It’s happening again. Has been ok but exactly the same error mesage has just started appearing. And yes I have a file called xml_transform.inc.php in the path specified above.

Thanks for the update Ross. A few months back I migrated to a new server and my email notifications have not been working. Sorry for the delay.
